Under the big american flag at Bi-lo clinton

Spring Fling today will benefit Hospice of Laurens County

A giant American Flag and John Deere - it doesn't get much more American than that. Today, until 3 pm, Clinton Bi-Lo is the site for Spring Fling, a benefit for Hospice of Laurens County.

Spring Fling, free to the public, is sponsored by Bi-Lo, Bailey Manor Christian Retirement Community, Hospice of Laurens County and Believer's Assembly. There will be free entertainment, giant bake sale, kids' zone with games, face-painting and sno-cones, bouncy house, pro wrestling at 1 pm, car and tractor show with prizes awarded at event's end, food and drinks for sale, vendors and a silent auction.

Also, nearby, the Clinton Family YMCA is hosting Healthy Kids Day with health and fitness activities, fun and games, bouncy houses and the Carolina Choo Choo. Presbyterian College baseball plays on campus (near the Y and Bi-Lo between Maple Drive and Bailey Memorial Stadium) beginning at 11 am - a doubleheader. First Baptist Church, Clinton, is sponsoring a Wild Game Dinner beginning at 6 pm tonight.
